Izzy Nursery Multicolour Hand-Tufted Wool Carpet

Quick facts: hand-tufted wool · sizes 5' x 8' to 8' x 10' · for bedroom, entryway, living room · free shipping across India.

Izzy is a multicolour hand-tufted wool carpet with a playful nursery design in a modern style, a good fit for a child's bedroom, a playroom or a family living room. It comes in 5' x 8' and 8' x 10', big enough to cover a play space.

Material and make

Wool is tufted through a backing by hand and then sheared, which gives a plush surface that suits floor play. Wool is resilient and springs back; loose fibre in the early weeks is normal. With children around, spills and crumbs are part of daily life, so a quick vacuum each day keeps the wool clean.

In the room

In a nursery or children's bedroom, put the carpet where the bed or cot meets the room, with enough floor to sit and play. In a living room, it can sit under a coffee table in a family space where toys come and go. In an entryway or hallway, the same pattern adds a cheerful note on the way in.

Care

Vacuum regularly and blot spills quickly with a clean cloth. For anything stubborn, ask a carpet cleaner who works with wool, and let the carpet dry fully before furniture goes back on it. Rotate it occasionally to even out wear where children play most.
