Dedicated trade liaison

One point of contact for samples, custom briefs, lead times, and order tracking. Reachable on WhatsApp, email, and call.

Custom commissions

Bespoke colours, sizes, and patterns. Hand-knotted runs from a single piece. Hand-tufted from three pieces. Lead time 12–18 weeks.

Sample swatches

Up to six colour and pile swatches per project, mailed across India. Returnable freight on swatches above 1 sq ft.

Showroom appointment

Private viewing of the archive and current production at the Rugsville studio. By appointment, with the trade liaison present.

Project consultation

One-on-one calls for difficult briefs: hospitality lobby pieces, palette matching against fabric, size optimisation for irregular rooms.

The trade program is open to active design practices and procurement teams. Membership is reviewed in 2–3 business days.

Interior design studios

Residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail design practices with a registered business in India or international firms with active India projects.

Architecture firms

Practices specifying floor coverings on architectural projects. Project portfolio link required.

Hospitality procurement

FF&E procurement teams, hotel groups, and design-build contractors specifying for branded and independent properties.

Set and prop stylists

Stylists and editorial designers working on production for film, photography, retail merchandising, and exhibition design.

Furniture & lifestyle retailers

Multi-brand retailers and showrooms carrying floor coverings as part of a curated retail range.

Common questions

What discount does the trade program give?
Tiered between 15% and 30% depending on annual purchase volume and order size. Custom commissions and one-off pieces are quoted project-by-project. Discounts apply on the price visible on the website, after any active sale.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We ship hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs to most countries. Trade members receive a discounted freight rate and consolidated shipping for multi-piece projects. Customs and duties are handled by the recipient.
How long does a custom rug take?
Hand-knotted: 12–18 weeks depending on size and density. Hand-tufted: 6–8 weeks. Hand-woven dhurries: 4–6 weeks. We hold to quoted lead times by reserving loom slots once the deposit is paid.
Can I order a single custom hand-knotted piece?
Yes. Hand-knotted is one-piece minimum. Hand-tufted requires a minimum of three pieces in the same design (sizes can vary). Hand-woven dhurries can be ordered as a single piece.
How do samples work?
Up to six wool, silk, and pile-height swatches per project are sent free across India. Larger sample pieces (1 sq ft and above) carry a refundable freight charge. International sample shipping is quoted per location.
Do you offer white-label or private-label production?
For verified hospitality groups and brand procurement teams, yes. Discuss with your trade liaison after onboarding. Minimum order quantities apply.
What if my application is declined?
We email back with the specific reason and what would change the decision (often it's an inactive GST or a missing portfolio link). Re-applications are welcome once the gap is addressed.
