Common questions

I haven't received a tracking number yet
Tracking numbers are issued the moment your rug ships, which is typically 2 to 5 business days after you order. Custom-made rugs take 2 to 3 weeks before shipping. If your order is older than 5 business days and you haven't received a tracking number, WhatsApp us with your order number.
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent right after checkout. It also appears in the WhatsApp confirmation message. Format is usually a 9-digit number like "100012345".
The tracking link says "no information available"
Couriers usually take 12 to 24 hours after pickup to populate tracking data. If your shipment shows no movement after 48 hours, message us and we'll chase the courier directly.
How long until my rug arrives?
Metro cities receive standard rugs in 3–5 business days from shipment, tier-2 cities in 5–7 days, and remote pin-codes in 7–10 days. Oversized rugs (above 9'×12') may take a few extra days as they ship via dedicated freight. Full breakdown on our Shipping page.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are possible before the order ships. Once a tracking number is issued, the address is locked with the courier. WhatsApp us as soon as possible if you need a change — we'll do everything we can to accommodate.
Will the courier call before delivery?
The courier will not call before arriving for standard rugs. For oversized freight shipments, the freight team phones to schedule a delivery window. If no one is available to receive the rug, the courier leaves a notice and reattempts the next business day.
