Kelly Bloom Orange Modern Hand-Tufted Wool Carpet

Quick facts: hand-tufted wool · sizes 5' x 8' to 8' x 10' · for living room, bedroom, entryway · free shipping across India.

Kelly Bloom is a modern hand-tufted wool carpet in a confident orange. Orange is a colour that cheers up a room instantly, and it works best when the rest of the room is calm: white walls, a grey sofa, perhaps some natural wood. It is a good choice for anyone who wants the floor to be the brightest thing in the room.

Material and make

A hand-held tufting tool places the yarn into a cloth backing, and the carpet is backed and sheared afterwards, giving a plush surface. Wool is naturally resilient and springs back after footsteps. Some loose fibre in the first runs of the vacuum is normal and passes.

In the room

Medium and large choices are listed: 5' x 8' suits a medium living room or a large bedroom, and 8' x 10' a spacious seating area. In a bedroom, lay it beneath the lower half of the bed. In a living room, make sure the sofa and chairs touch the carpet so that it feels connected to the furniture.

Care

Use a vacuum without a beater bar, and blot spills quickly. Give the carpet a professional wash when it needs more than a vacuum, and turn it occasionally so that sunlight reaches it evenly.
