The pattern is the work of a small design office that approaches each composition as a distinct project rather than as a variation on a template. The result is a rug that holds its own as a graphic object and pairs cleanly with both traditional and modern interiors.

The fibre

Heat-set polypropylene. The yarn is engineered so the colour is locked in by temperature rather than by surface dye, which is why the saturation does not fade under direct sun the way pigment-printed fibre fades. The pile resists staining at the molecular level: spilled wine, juice, oil, and coffee lift with a damp cloth before they can set. The pile stays flat under furniture and does not shed. The construction is jacquard-woven on a wide loom in Turkey, where the yarn industry has been refining heat-set fibre for over thirty years. The result is a rug that carries the visual weight of a wool tier without the upkeep, and that sits well in households with children, pets, and the kind of foot traffic that wool would not survive.

The composition

Across the rug, a layered jewel-tone palette sit against a quieter ground. The motif reads at distance and resolves on approach. No professional cleaning required in normal household use.
