Overdyed vintage drawing began as a way to give old village weavings a second life. The base is bleached to soften the original colour, then dipped in a single saturated dye that reads through the pattern as a unifying ground. The piece sits in the working tier of the catalogue: a designed surface in a stable, washable fibre, priced for households that want the quality of a considered drawing without the conservation requirements of hand-knotted wool. Day-to-day care
- Vacuum gently once a week without a rotating brush bar — use the suction-only setting on hand-knotted or hand-tufted pieces.

Yes — we send 2-3 small yarn / pile samples for ₹500 (refundable against your purchase). Message us on WhatsApp with the SKU and your shipping pin code to arrange a sample.
What is your returns process?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original condition (rolled, not folded; no pet hair, smoke, or stains). Email care@rugsville.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number — we arrange free reverse pickup in most pin codes. Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. Custom-size, custom-colour, and custom-design hand-knotted carpets typically take 4-8 weeks depending on size and complexity. Minimum custom-order size is 4'×6'. Send us your brief on WhatsApp with the room photo and dimensions for a quote.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available for most pin codes in zones A and B (metros and tier-2 cities). Some remote pin codes are prepaid only — the pin-code checker above will tell you immediately.
